East Bay Water Conditioning was founded by Michael Wesley. Michael has been in the Bay Area since 1982 when he moved to San Jose, from Los Angeles, to attend San Jose State University. Michael graduated in 1986 with a degree in Industrial Technology and a concentration in manufacturing.

Michael's industry experiences include software development, manufacturing and water conditioning. East Bay Water Conditioning is a small company that can react to a clients needs quickly.  Custom solutions for wells, commercial interests, or special needs are not a problem.

Why does your company name keep changing?
Our first name was Bouncing Springs Water Incorporated.  That name was used for the 'PURE WATER' store in San Leandro.  After we sold the store, the corporation was dissolved and the contractor's licensed changed names.

The second name was 'A1Eco'.  A1Eco got us to the top of the Yellow Pages, but it did not say what we do.  A1Eco is also very hard to spell.  Vendors and clients alike could not spell it - A1-Eco, Aieco, ALeco, Alec 0, and many more ...

The next name we selected December 2007 is 'East Bay Water Conditioning'.  Many people from other bay area locations suspect that we only serve the east bay area; and worse, we get daily calls for the water district East Bay MUD.  So, a final rename is coming January 2009 - a better name!

Even with the name changes, we still honor and support all warranties.
